Structure, accountability, and responsible decision-making

At USECINTL, our focus is on building long term value for the company, as well as for our stakeholders, customers, and employees.

Strong governance is essential to ensuring that an organization operates with clarity, consistency, and accountability. Within USECINTL, governance defines how decisions are made, how responsibilities are allocated, and how day to day operations are monitored and managed.

Through this structured approach, the company maintains operational discipline, supports informed decision making, and ensures that business activities are conducted responsibly and transparently across all levels of the organization.

Where we are today

Today, USECINTL supports a range of logistics needs while keeping the same approach that started the company. Experience is not just about time. It is about learning what works and applying it consistently. That is what shapes how we handle every shipment today.

Sustainability Leadership

USECINTL’s sustainability efforts are overseen by the Board of Directors through the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, which provides strategic direction and oversight. In addition, the company participates in recognized third party sustainability assessments, including CDP and EcoVadis, to benchmark and evaluate its performance.

The organization’s sustainability strategy is guided by an ESG Executive Sponsor, along with Executive Sponsors responsible for each of its four key pillars: Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Security, Health and Safety, and Governance.

Each pillar is supported by dedicated Program Managers who are responsible for implementing sustainability initiatives across the business. Their responsibilities include driving program execution, engaging and empowering employees, tracking and reporting progress, and responding to inquiries from customers and investors. They also help ensure compliance with internal policies and sustainability standards, supporting continuous improvement across all areas of the organization.

Code of Business Conduct

Code of Business Conduct

In 2016, USECINTL updated its Code of Business Conduct to make it clearer and easier for employees to use in their day to day work. While the core cultural attributes within the Code, including Integrity, Excellence, and Confidence, remain unchanged, the revised version was designed to improve readability and practical application across the organization.

The Code serves as a key reference for conducting business in an ethical and responsible manner. It outlines important compliance and ethics expectations across a wide range of areas, including anti corruption, conflicts of interest, community involvement, political contributions, privacy and data protection, labor standards, security, health and safety, and environmental responsibility.

By providing clear guidance on these topics, the Code helps ensure that employees at all levels understand how to make sound decisions and uphold the company’s standards in every aspect of their work.

Compliance & Training

USECINTL maintains a strict compliance approach aligned with U.S. regulatory standards, with a strong focus on continuous learning and employee development.

All employees complete annual Code of Business Conduct training, along with an average of 52 training hours per year, including role specific requirements. Mandatory programs cover key areas such as anti corruption, sanctions and export controls, competition law, security, health and safety, and harassment prevention, delivered in partnership with True Office Learning for consistency.

In 2017, the company enhanced its framework with additional modules, including instructor led anti corruption training. A sustainability course is also provided to strengthen awareness of environmental and social responsibility.
